Ideal for Karate-style sparring, the Knuckle Mitt features thick foam padding that rounds over the knuckles and tops of fingers and provides complete coverage to the wrist and back of the hand. Open thumb and finger design enables more open hand techniques. The Knuckle Mitt is secure to the hand, with elastic Velcro strapping around the base of the fingers and wrist. Fingers slide through two elastic finger straps that keep fingers secure in the mitt, reducing the chance for finger injury. The sparring quality padding of the Knuckle Mitt is lightweight to wear and is constructed of molded foam padding with aheavy-duty vinyl covering.
